iMake Signatures Like Mine!!

I named my other topic wrong.If you want a writing like on my signature,post here what the writing do you want.
Example:

"Make me a signature that writes WeeMee"

Doesn't look like a JPG compression type pixelation, that's the kind of effect you'd get by applying a rotating motion blur on a surface with blending properties attached to it which is in this case an outer glow.

Make sure you rasterize the outer glow on the text before applying motion blur and it should be fixed.

I using this technique to make it(awwwwww):
New image:Fill background with black.
2)Type anything with white.
3)Shift+Ctrl+E
4)Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates>Polar to rectangular
5)Filter>Stylize>Wind>Wind From Right
6)Filter>Stylize>Wind>Wind From Left
7)Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW
8)Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CCW
9)Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates>Rectangular to Polar
10)New layer
11)Use gradient tool and select rainbow selection and Fill
12)Change layer property to "Color"
13)Click BackGround layer
14)Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges
Glowing Edges Options:
Edge Windth:1
Edge Brightness:3
Smoothness:1

Now I can't make signatures and spare my time to some ppl :'(.
