Lol. I use a mod called Too Many Items which lets me click on an item and I get it. It's so helpful.

The biggest problem is that it's down in some massive cave that I was lost in for several irl hours.

I don't really /need/ diamond for anything, sans a jukebox. Shovels/armor/hoe/sword/axe are only slightly more effective than iron, and if I want obsidian I can just drop lava to form the shape of whatever I want. ... And I wouldn't use obsidian for anything besides a portal, which I don't want in this save, yet.

I totaly already got 5 diamonds from this trip, so whatever.
5 diamond, 6 gold, 33 bluestuff, >64 iron, >128 coal, >64 redstone, and there was ltos of iron/gold/coal/redstone that I didn't mine.

you can see the size of the inventory a few posts up, and most items stack up to 64 (a few items don't stack, like tools/armor)

btw, what is that blue thing at the bottom of that cave, sorta left of the cursor dot

Tools don't stack, food doesn't stack, some items don't stack

Most everything else besides snowballs stacks to 64.
