I have just received a few disturbing Messages from user around this community. I probably the most offending on was the following

As you can see It is breaking one of the following rules in the order of the Supreme List Of rules

Been suggested. Admins can not read PMs, but it may become necessary to implement a system in which they can read only reported PMs.
