Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Chinese Pop-up?

So, adobe has been crashing a lot lately, that's fine I just need to refresh the page. But just now I got a pop-up that was written in Japanese/Mandarin/something Asian.

Computer: Dell Inspiron
Browser: Google Chrome
Tabs open: EE Forums, Youtube, and EE

Anyone know what would cause this or why it would be in some Asian language this time (usually when adobe crashes it's written in English)?

I didn't get a screenie, sorry.

Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

Hmm, Google usually seemed to work when I got wierd pop-ups. Maybe you should try searching it.

Re: Chinese Pop-up?

Google does no good.

I searched "asian java crash pop-up" and none of it had to do with Asians.

You people ARE my Google, didn't you know that?

But chrome is the best, and it doesn't seem like a browser-specific thing. Other browsers could easily do that, it just... hasn't happened, I suppose.

^Lol'd.

Anywho, try repeating the action you did, or whatever. Try and find out what's doing that.

I can't force javascript to crash, even if I open 40 tabs of EE.

Re: Chinese Pop-up?

1. Chrome isn't the best.
2. FF is.
3. On topic, my computer has problems when I have the forums and EE open at the same time.   Maybe try to do one at a time and see what happens?

Re: Chinese Pop-up?

Firefox might run faster on your computer, but for me, GC pwns them all. (Yes, different, even opera)

And I can't think of a time where I DON'T have the forums and EE open at the same time.
