Game is pretty cool, only got one end so far, but meh.
It should be noted the game, uh, isn't too kid friendly.

Added a rather dull-looking link. 
Game is pretty cool, only got one end so far, but meh.
I was really disappointed with my first ending. You might want to Google how to get the True Ending. It's incredible.

999 is the best game ever. NINENINENINE IS THE BEST GAME EVER.
It is on my shi2get list. So violent and morbid and well thought out~
I was so sad when - OH LOOK IF ONLY WE HAD SPOILER TAGS. >:l
when I had to start some parts over a few times because I forgot load states doesn't work on my ROM and that I forgot to save.
I was so close to finishing, it was all coming together and it wasn't even 8:30 and then someone was all, "GO TO BED."
I'm like, "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"
Then!
I was all, "must sleep." and 999 kept popping up in my dreams so then I'm like, "no dreams I want UNDERTAKER [he's so yummy~] NOT 999. ARGH."

PS, Don't eat and try to play the game at the same time when your character goes to see someone's dead exploded body.
You'll lose your appetite.

I feel like this topic is in need of some serious bumpage, as I posted this when the game was relatively new (also, I was a noob and no one looked at my posts). Now that the game has been out longer, maybe more of you have played it (and I'm not so much of a noob anymore so maybe people will read what I have to say).

Let me try to put together a cohesive post describing how incredible and life-changing this game is.

Let me begin.
This game is for the DS. Not the 3DS. But before you all go, "wut y wud i play a gam wit onle TOOO dumenshuns???1!" LET ME TELL YOU WHY YOU IGNORANT KIDS. The game isn't based on gameplay. It's text-heavy, or, as I like to call it, text-rich. It's a visual novel. I--I can't even describe how amazing this is, which is partly based on my lack of energy to write something, and partly based on this game's level of [insert positive adjective here that Supa can't think of right now]. Yes, you can play it on the 3DS; I'm just saying it was made for the DS so there's no 3D effects.
And it's pretty un-kid-friendly. A lot of gory descriptions of blown up corpses, some innuendo that kids might not even pick up on, and the story is kind of abstract so kids might not even understand what's going on.

Yeah, don't eat pizza or spaghetti while playing it. I think it has a few bad words in it too. It's rated M for a reason, but it's still a great game. edit: Also, it should be noted that I was in fact looking up a phrase used in 999 earlier today despite how long it's been since I played it.
If you don't have a ds or something, you could just get WinDSpro and find a ROM of it.
