Fan-Art

I love drawing fan-art from video games. Its so much fun. I think drawing fan art can sometimes help you with your own style too. Depending on how you draw. For example I love cartoons, so I mostly draw cartoons. Heres something I drew last night:

Did you pose that link yourself or did you just try to copy from a computer and then draw it? If not, then I <3 it. Vaati looks great as well, but his body structure could have been better & his left arm is too stiff and close to his body. It just doesn't look natural. Just trying to help you improve.

I did use a reference. I just call it freehand, where I am copying the picture, but not tracing it. I don't normally do that, but I really want to be able to draw similar to this style so I figured some practice drawings might help.

Also I don't have my rep enabled because I was tired of idiots trolling it. So you either like me or you don't :l

You should really get a shading stump. It helps even out shading to make it even cooler.

Or you could rub your finger over the drawing. That works too.

Well I was kinda lazy today. I really have to be in the mood. Like last night. Also I normally use my fingers to shade. I just didn't feel like getting lead all over my keyboard
