I am rewriting the U.S. Constitution

I was bored in my U.S. History class, so I started leafing through the Constitution, and then I realized something.   It's all in freaking medieval-times speak, where every other word is capitalized and junk.   So, in order to establish a more perfect Constitution, I will attempt to rewrite it in a simpler way.

Learn how to read F***ing Old English, then F***ing rewrite it.

(Old English is absolutely nothing like Modern English)
