Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The Writers' Forum

After seeing an influx of stories written in the Off-Topic and Creative areas, I have decided to create a forum dedicated to writing and language arts, and I am sure that current writers on the EE forums would like some recognition. The only hiccup is that forum creation is disabled because of Forumify needing to " Prune out the unused forums".

After this problem is fixed and the Writers' Forum is made, I will seek one Admin member and two Moderators.
More job details on the Writers' Forum announcement.

Re: The Writers' Forum

How would you get into this forum? Or is it just this topic where people post stories?

I'm 80% sure that it's going to be a LOOOONG while before account creation is enabled and this topic will be old before it's back. I would go find a copy of PunBB or FluxBB and install it on your own site. It's very easy to do.

How would moving all three of those people to a new forum achieve that?

@deetz
After the Forumify staff are done. It is a real Forumify forum.

@D55
I'll go PM you on Monday on where to put it, still prepping the site.

@Twipply
See, the forums is a place to either write a literary piece or to share anything. They get recognition if many users come.

Still, I would not mind if someone gravedigs this, especially me, because I will post when the forum creating starts again. Mods, please understand. /sarcasm.

If enough response comes, try sticking this. I'm tired seeing Off-Topic posts with individual stories instead a whole forum.

Why not make a topic for everyone to post stories in instead?

Ok, ok temporarily until forum creation resumes.
The whole point is that now on that forum, you get seperate topics for each story/poem/narrative videos too.
At least you would not confused and lost with your story on this forum, without much response. However, with that one your literary piece will not get mixed with content like a feed back topic on KONY, or something unspectacular like for example, birthday art. If you see the big picture, it is clear now that it is used to share english and other languages

Twipply is just jealous because his imagination level is to low to use Combat Operandi: Story Tell. He should try to level up his imagination stat more.

At least his Pulchritude seems to be pretty high, along with an alright VIM level.

While I may advocate the use of logic & reason quite strongly, that in no way means I don't also value having an imagination or an ability to be creative.   Regardless, you know very little about me to make claims about my imagination.
If you're still sore that I've pointed out your idiocy on multiple occasions, at least consider making sense when you attempt to bash me in return.

While I thought my initial post was fairly clear, I shall attempt to elaborate for you.   He seemed to suggest that the very few 'writers' there are around here move themselves to a new forum.   While that forum may be better suited to posting what they're created, it's going to severely limit their audience.   I fail to see how limiting that is going to gain them more recognition.   Perhaps an already established forum would make far more sense?

This confused my brain.

His pulchritude is strong in the speaking part but he's lacking in commanding the respect of others. And that animal communion level? Horrendous.
