I'm going to do this from memory because I don't feel like pulling out my games.
Sapphire: Shroomish, sableye, seviper, Makuhita, ... and a few others.
Soulsilver:
Chikorita, mew, celebi. (This was originally going to be my competitive cartridge but to be quite honest I didn't feel like going through sprout tower again.)
Heartgold: Typlosion, Espeon, Gyarados, Gyarados (shiny), Pidgey, and an Umbreon.
White: Litwick, Swanna, Swadloon, Petilil, Cottonee, Audino.
My Swanna is my hm slave but also the only reason I beat Ghetsis. She's my highest level on my white which is a damn shame because she's still not high enough to beat Alder.

Well, it's not my fault the rematch is level 70s+ and I had to grind just to beat them the first time around! There's a huge gap! Ducky is like level 65 and the others are in 50s or even 40s and not balanced at all because I have THREE grass types! They're too cute!

My suggestion is to raise your Litwick until it evolves (Level 41) and use a Dusk Stone to evolve it into Chandelure, which could take out his Accelgor, Vanilluxe and Escavalier. I suggest a Rock, Steel or Fighting type for his Bouffalant, and keep Swanna for the Volcarona.

The problem is that I don't want to evolve any of my team, my litwick is high 50ish, I think. And I still have all the others to beat, because they're like in the 70s range which is ten levels higher than my highest level.
