Like or Dislike?

Ok, so, I have this friend of mine who dislikes this guy... I'm just going to use names now.
Ok so 'Hoshiro' dislikes this guy called 'Allen'. I think.
She dislikes him 'cuz he's always telling mean stuff. It practically annoys her other friends, too.
Though, having that said, her friends still agrees that he likes her 'cuz he's always looking / glancing at her when they were invited to some random party. 'Hoshiro's' and 'Allen's' mothers also agrees, but I'm curious what you all think. I'm also wanting to know whether they should be friends or not. 'Hoshiro' still denies he likes her and says 'either way, I still don't like him.'
That was actually a year or two back. 'Hoshiro' and 'Allen' are probably going to get invited to another party during Chinese New Year again, when 'Hoshiro' is 12 and 'Allen' is two years older. I wonder how much 'Allen' has changed, 'cuz I usually hang out with 'Hoshiro' and a few other friends.

Soo, basically, I just want to know what you guys think is gonna happen. no hard feelings?
