By the way, for all the people that aren't from America reading this you might notice all the people threatening to move to Canada. Don't worry, that's just an American tradition that we have in which we threaten to move to Canada if the person we're against wins the election, but we never actually do.
One person threatened to move to Canada, that isn't a lot of people.

Romney.
Four years is plenty of time to at least start fixing the economy rather than focusing solely on a terrible healthcare plan. Our country's debt doubled when Obama promised to cut it in half.
Romney knows how to create jobs which we are in desperate need of and Ryan is an economic expert. There is seriously no better combination for our current economic stare.
I definitely agree with Different55. The way that Biden acted in the VP debate was childish and rude. I understand what he was trying to do, making up for Obama's train-wreak of a first debate, but it just made him look like an idiot.
Now, I definitely do not agree with the Republican platform on most of the social issues (seriously, it's time for them to grow up), but what our country needs right now are jobs and someone to finally take a stand and fix the economy.
@TakoMan02: Obama's first executive order when he went into office was to hide any and all personal records of presidents. He certainly was not doing that to protect Bush..Not to mention all of the recent Libya events.
@D-rock2308: Yes, but what matters is what Obama has actually done during his term in office.
@Saintcool: That's his middle name.
@Arceus64: When there's no signs of recovery after four years, it's time for something to change.
Honestly four years ago, I would have probably voted for Obama as he seemed like the better candidate. However, broken promises and a lacking record after four years is plenty reason to get someone who is qualified into office.
Conclusion: I hate politics. I will probably not be further posting on this thread as I've had enough political arguing for awhile.
Please no one take any offense to anything said. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that; it is important that people debate their views and stay well informed.

? "He (Obama) has done several things well. Most of those things are places where he changed his view from where he had during the campaign. So, for instance, he's left our troops in Iraq and they're being more successful there. He boosted our effort in Afghanistan, which is the right course to take. He did not close Guantanamo, thank heavens."

? "I don't have lobbyists running my campaign."
? "I just talked about guns. I told you what my position was, and what I did as governor, the fact that I received the endorsement of the NRA."
? "The Z-visa that was offered in that Senate bill let everybody who's here illegally, other than criminals, stay here for the rest of their lives."
And Obama made the debt a ton worse.
The debt gets worse all by itself, he actually did very little to make it worse.
If it were going to go down with his policies, the max he has is 4 more years, if the first 4 years wasn't enough to show some positive change, will 8 be enough? The first 4 years the debt went up nearly 5 trillion, more than any other president IIRC.
As government spending goes up, debt accelerates.
Governor Mitt Romney has said, and I quote: "I?ll balance the budget by the end of my second term. Doing it in the first term would cause, I believe, a dramatic impact on the economy. Too dramatic. And therefore the steps I've put in place and we've put together a plan that lays out how we get to a balanced budget within eight to 10 years."
See this? He's actually planning on waiting until his second term to balance the budget! Obama is doing the exact same thing, and it's a problem with him but not Romney?
I agree with them both on this - nobody can make enough change in 4 years. Even with full cooperation from Congress, change is slow and steady. I think that with Mitt Romney, you'd continue to see spending to go up and therefore see the national debt continue to accelerate until his second term. That is, if he gets his second term.

This isn't a poll. If you want polls, go to CNN. They poll adults who have a thoroughly thought-out opinion (most of the time), as compared to some people here who would vote for someone just because their name sounds cool.

Watch out, I've removed one of my friends for voting for obomba.
It's nice that you define people by their political views. Not only is that stereotypical and prejudice (built upon many assumptions; not all democrats are the same), but also narrow-minded and arrogant ("my way or the highway" mentality).
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

Either I'm stupid or I noticed hardly anything bad that Obama did, yet people are saying he was the worst president ever.
Which I'm pretty sure it's not the before.
And I'm also pretty sure Romney doesn't know how to be a president just because he knows business. What's he going to do, donate all his money to the debt and failing industries? I really doubt it.
I voted for Obama 'cause you know the saying: once you go black, you never go back? I didn't go back. :3

Obama has created more jobs, saved the Auto industry from complete disaster, bounced from the recession, and more.

Did you read through all these, or just copy and paste it? I'd hope that you didn't actually think many of these are "lies".
First, many of these are opinions, for example: "Ronald Reagan?s philosophy of "peace through strength" is why "the Iranians released the hostages on the same day and at the same hour that Reagan was sworn in."" His own personal views are not lies.
Second, there is a fine, fine line between having a wrong statistic and telling a lie. Presidents don't know everything. They aren't the God of knowledge. If your teacher asks you, "What is 2 + 2?" and you answer "5". Is that telling a lie too? No, it's simply just a wrong answer.
Thirdly, Many of these "lies" are actually not lies, he simply rounded numbers and such so its approximate, rather than dead on.
And as a side note, Obama's list of lies is probably at least loads longer. Why? Not because he's a bigger liar, because the media keeps track of every sentence out of your mouth when you're the president/candadate. So considering that, this isn't a big deal.
Oh, not to mention Obama's massive lie that he's still breaking today, when he said that he will NOT be running for a second term.
Don't get me wrong, I do agree with you on some things, but this, meh.
--------------------------
That aside, I'd vote for Romney, in which I will probably make some massive post on why later, as well as some bonus features of me responding to some of the posts above. But I don't have time right now, so yeah. Stay tuned.

I'm seeing this from Romney people. "Obama didn't do it in 4, so Romney MUST be able to!" or " Romney knows more about money and stuff so he should be president." yup, that for sure means he knows exactly how to fix the economy. The best excuse I've seen for voting for Romney is "I'm a republican" no joke.
I'd argue against obama-ers too but some of them are too long to read so I don't want to make up stuff.
