cool online shooter game-crossfire

i wanted to see if i could get anyone on the forums to try the game. its basically, a counterstrike ripoff, but not only is it a really good ripoff, its free. just go to this websiteto download the american game. that link is good for the america/uk game, but you need a different download for any other area you live in. ill post the links if anyone needs them. one more thing i need to add is that this game takes FOREVER to download and when they make an update it takes FOREVER to patch the game. if you dont mind a bit of waiting then this is a really fun game. if enough people here make it to at least sergeant rank ill make a clan for ee.

I played it before. It is ridiculous how many hackers used to play that game when I was playing. Almost every 6th game I joined had a hacker in it. Overall it is a fun game though mutation is very unfair, It is very easy to glitch into a wall or into a box and shoot everyone from there. When I used to play, I could glitch into any corner and it would sometimes kill me and sometimes be a very cheap hideout where I could shoot without worrying of getting killed.
That was around 1-3 years ago though and it might have been patched but I don't think I am going back to playing it.

My friend plays this. He talks about it a lot but gave up on trying to convince me to play it. I'm kind of interested in it, but at the same time don't want to get addicted to another game.

What is the point of the game?

EDIT: Nevermind I just downloaded it. I will be trying it out tomorrow.
