Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I was just wondering. What type of formatting is used here? I'm used to using basic HTML/Textile (since I mainly go in Kongregate) formatting.
It would be great if someone told me what type of formatting it is, or if they could link a guide to this type of formatting so I could learn this. I know there is some bold, italics, etc, but obviously that's not all the formatting.
So if somebody could tell me what type of formatting this is, or a link to a guide, or maybe make a guide right here in this thread, that would be great!

To the above link ^ how do I make it like a word/phrase/sentence and it links to that link?

This uses BB Code. Google for it and you'll find stuff you need.
^Telling someone to google it isn't really helpful at all.

You can find required information anyway, can't you?
just fyi, it's safe to assume most forums use bbcode, it's in every forum software I've ever used, which is actually a lot

Yes, but it's more helpful to directly give them help, instead of telling them to go ask someone else.

I've never actually encountered BBCode before (excluding this), though I haven't really went on many forums anyway.
