Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The LG Nexus 4, Asus Nexus 7 32GB with HSPA+ data, and Samsung Nexus 10 release tomorrow and bring with them Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
I'm quite excited, as my Nexus 7 (16GB) will likely receive this update same-day or a matter of days later. In addition, I plan on buying a 16GB Nexus 4 from the Play store (for use on a T-mobile prepaid plan, how fun!) whenever I can afford it (I've set my goals at $400 - $350 for the phone, $20 for any extra tax or protection plan that may be available and $30 for a month of cellular service incase my parents decide to not pay for my plan). Does anyone else have anything to look forward to in this release?
General discussion topics might include Nexus devices in general specifically relating to the releases of these devices or the Nexus philosophy.
For my sake, if anyone with T-Mobile HSPA+42 or 4G service of any flavor could post their area and their experience with the service I'd be grateful.
Personally, I decided on a Nexus device the moment I looked at current Android flagships Galaxy SII and SIII. The presence of physical buttons (mainly the menu button, uggh) on the SII killed it for me, and the inclusion of a large "home bar" on the SIII made me turn away in disgust (not to mention TouchWiz). I liked my friend's Galaxy Nexus due to its sleek body and virtual buttons, plus stock Android is beautiful and generally better-performing compared to manufacturer-imposed skins. I'd like to be free of manufacturer bloatware as much as possible, and there's no better way to do so than get a phone free of it in the first place. Lack of 4G doesn't bother me, as I'll be switching from a phone that was running on EDGE anyways.
As always, feel free to leave your cheese wheels and bread loaves below.

You had me at Jelly Bean (yum :3), and lost me at Nexus.

Err... Well, the idea behind Nexus devices are that they are stock Android devices. Therefore, they have no physical buttons (the three virtual buttons are now a part of Android code), no developer skins or bloatware, and have only the base Google apps installed (Chrome, the entirety of the Play library (Store, Books, Magazines, Music, and Tv & Video), services like Maps and Navigation, etc.) and system utilities like downloads. As a consequence, Nexus devices generally receive updates more quickly. From what I've heard they also tend to be more compatible with apps on the Play store.

I liked the Nexus.

Their run was short-lived, but Wade Barrett, Skip Sheffield/Ryback, David Otunga, Daniel Bryan, Heath Slater, Darren Young, and Justin Gabriel have gone on to have moderate to great runs so far in the WWE.
Do you even smell what The Rock is Cookin' bruh? Get those roody-poo jabronis out of here.

I'll just take a bump right quickly.
With the release of the Nexus 4 I'm surprised I'm not seeing a bunch more activity. Seems it's free of the obligatory groups of people who hate it and people who love it - those who would've fallen into the former category were likely weeded out by lack of 4G LTE.
I'm $100 (and a Play Store restock) away from getting a Nexus 4, one of those nice-looking bumper cases, and a $30/month prepaid T-mobile plan, which I could still use some usage reports about.
Srstho, nobody else wants to add their cheese wheels and bread loaves? They're most definitely what The Rock is cookin'.

LG mobile is one of the largest manufacturing companies in the mobile phone industry. LG Lucid Skins protect their devices from wear, scuffs and scratches.
I'M SO GLAD YOU SHARE IN MY LOVE OF LG'S DEVICES.

My father recently bought a Google Nexus. I like it.
I'd never buy one of course, because I'm stingy with my saved money, but it's still pretty neat. Not too different from the iPad if I do say so myself. Just a few minor graphical changes and one button removed.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

Google Nexus what? There are three (current) versions, bro.
How do you figure it's not too different from the iPad? I hope you mean in physical design and not the OS.
On a related note, I finally got my Nexus 4 ordered. It's just like the iPhone 5 but completely different. IT should be here on either December 13th or 20th, and I ordered a T-Mobile micro-SIM so I can install it and activate my phone as soon as it gets here.
Excited, bros.

When you look at the big picture, the difference between the iPad and the several Nexuses are too small to consider vital. One button, graphical changes and a different operating system to accomplish the exact same goal doesn't sell it to me.
This is of course coming from someone who used some iPad approx. 3 times and some Google Nexus 6 or 7.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

The iPad's UI, for one, accomplishes as much as one feature of Android that we call the App Drawer/All Apps (screen). Android is magnitudes more functional in terms of customization. I haven't used or read about iOS so much, but I've heard that Android is a much better tool for work use (better notifications, automation via tasker and similar apps), and it's just so functional and useful for personal use. With its support for widgets and multiple screens (all with possibly different content, as opposed to multiple screens on iOS being for searching and displaying all of the apps you have) having different content, I consider Android to be the better OS.
Publishers seem enamored of the term "Nexii", but I don't really know what the proper term is.

I'm sorry to bother you again with this, but I just got and activated my N4 and I'm willing to ask questions (because you all seem so excited about this). I'm on T-Mobile's network and generally get 3G or HDSPA, haven't gotten HSPA+ (although I really only tested the mobile network once, I've been on wifi for the rest of the day).
