Installation of Visual Studio 2012 Issue

I'm trying to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Express, and I get the same error every time I download it:

Three Packages Failed to Install.

Now, I've installed it twice and I've looked for separate downloads to fill in the missing components, but nothing seems to work. I can't run Visual Studio, and I would really like to start programming in it, so if anybody could help me solve this issue I would be very grateful!

It's probably because you haven't authorized your account yet.

If you haven't gotten the email (and it's not in your spam-box), you should try asking them to resend it. Did you input the activation key anywhere?

I can't be of much help, because I've already downloaded it and I'm not going to go through the entire one-hour process again. Sorry.

It's probably because you haven't authorized your account yet.

This isn't really my problem... Unless authorizing it would allow me to install it?

...you should try asking them to resend it...

I don't know where I would find a resend option.

Yes, authorizing it is important to them. They want to know everything about who downloads the program, so they ask you to create an account and let them know what you're using it for, who hired you, your position, your address, your name, all that personal information.

I don't know where the resend option is either. You're smart though, I'll be surprised if you can't find a way to resend the email in the forums.
