Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

People with a minor cut or bruise get more sympathy and understanding than a man who is going to kill some because the voices in his head are so overpowering, and no one understands the boy who wants to kill his self, even though people think he has "good life" and loads of people like him. The list could go on on, but I am certain you the idea. Things can be hard to understand when you can't see them, they're also hard to understand when you haven't experienced it for your self.
I am not saying treat mentally ill people any different to anyone, just that you have a bit of awareness of mental illnesses.
When people are aware the are usually scared to talk about how they are feeling inside, or sometimes even asking them questions, don't be.
Discussion time. Do you know anyone with a mental illness in real life? If so, do you get it? Does it make you feel any different about them. What's your view on mental illnesses?
ADHD friend. Doesn't really affect him much. Also have a friend with Autism pretty bad. Doesn't change my view on either of them.
Identical twin cousins who both have ADHD. They are insane, but they are fun to be around. I don't really think about them having ADHD though.

Let's ban discussion on ADHD, because even if it exists or not, it's diagnosed to everyone with a different personality. It's not worth talking about, it's a joke.

Ah I see.
Yeah depending how bad autism is, it can be pretty noticeable I know a few people with it.
I know plenty of peope with mental illnesses, autism, mental retardation, ADHD (said it, treejoe4), and others.
My view about them doesn't change at all. They want to be treated normal, I let them.
EDIT: Bimps thinks I'm saying treejoe has ADHD. I am actually not.

Know one really wants to be treated different, yet people will treat people with mental health issues differently. sucks

Alright, running through.
I am relatively phobia-less, but I do have a few things.
Borderline OCD:
For explanation: http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/liv … lavors-ocd
Symmetry: Minor
Order of Objects: Minjor
Numbers : Majorish
Sexual obsessions: Used to be Major, now minor
Fear of Loss of Impulse Control: Used to be Major, now minor
Repeating: Extremely minor
I just found out I have Panic Syndrome. Not too serious, but when I get sick, all the symptoms occur, plus hallucinations (Like one time when I moved I thought there were people painting my room) that are induced by any movement (The faster the worse). If I had to explain it, I am so scared that if I move, time and everything moves extremely fast and is overwhelming, even creating minor hallucinations. I usually feel extremely angry, too (for no reason at all).
(Dunno if it's part of it too, but the first time I went through Panic Syndrome I was able to do INSANE mental calculations subconsciously, like just looking around the room I would be able to "see" measurements and know the lengths exactly of every object I saw [It literally was mind blowing. My head was filling up with instantaneous calculations I couldn't control]. I always forgot the information afterwards though.)
I have ADD. I know a few people with ADHD, but it isn't that bad. They have pills that work for this type of thing.

Or, maybe you don't have it.

Well, it's different for everyone. Tell them I said hi!
