Use of "Le"

Something that bugs me is when people add the French article "Le" to certain words. I don't know why they do this, but they use it incorrectly. Not only is it combining a different language with English, they're using it incorrectly!

For example:

"Le swimming is fun." - You just said "The swimming is fun."

Le, La, L', Les = The

So stop acting French. You're not doing a very good job at it.

Along the lines of what Treejoe4 said, this misuse of the word 'le' originates from websites like Reddit, MemeCenter, iFunny, etc. I find it a little annoying as well, but the world is what it is. Can't do anything about it.

the use of 'le' is not necessarily means 'the' . it could be 'it's' ,   according to the phrase.
ex.
'le me using computer.'
there are many of meaning of 'le'

Any incorrect use of grammar upsets me. Even when I make the mistake myself, so I've learned to have blissful insouciance with anything involving the internet.

The incorrect use of the word le/la/les can be irritating, but languages are constantly changing, though it may be sped up via the internet.

I agree, "le me ______" and the word "le" altogether is seriously the most annoying **** thing you can put into a sentence which is otherwise English.

"Le" isn't necessarily French, it could be considered slang for whatever le wants.
