Long live the NEW king!

Hello! The Netherlands has got a new king today! I went to Amsterdam to celebrate it. The new king's name is Willem-Alexander.

By the way, do you think a king or queen is neccesary in modern lands? It's actually weird that someone can become king, just becausse his father/mother was king/queen?
Would you like the life of a prince, and later king? As prince you have to prepare to be king your whole life.

I think that the previous Queen [can't remember her name] handing the throne down before she dies is quite honorable, I think Kings and Queens are fine - as long as they don't run the country, but as figures of the country.

I'm sure being at a coronation it pretty fun.
