Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Did you guys see the fireworks? I tried looking at them live in my condo, but the trees and buildings were blocking. I see them on TV, but they're not as fun live (although the live ones I saw wasn't as good. Actually, the people seeing them live probably wouldn't be here, so for the people that watched TV.

No.
Perhaps you should know that not everyone on this forum is from the US.

I find Independence day useful for the sole fact that I can practice my independence and not care about fireworks or any other money-grabbing techniques.
Glad for my country over 200 years ago. Now, I don't really care.

I only saw a few fireworks, namely ones I could see when glancing out the living room window. The noise bothers me and I had better things to do.

Yeah, I saw a good amount from my house. I was too lazy to drive out there closer as the three nights of fireworks at Electric Daisy Carnival really made fireworks less special for me.
I seen them on the 1st. Pretty amusing, but similarly as Zoey2070, I was busy whilst it was happening.
I haven't been as cheerful as I was in the past, once I had learned more about the province I'm within.
Anyhow, cheers!

He didn't say or insinuate that he thought everyone lived in the US. If you don't live in the US then this topic doesn't apply to you, obviously.

You don't have to be patriotic to stare at pretty colors.
