Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Considering EE's dying population... Is the chat removal a good move?

We know that EE isn't used to be as active as it was (only 50-300 players), but what worries me more is that MrShoe is trying to rage their already little playerbase...

I know the benefit is that we didn't have anymore kids or annoying noobs, but this move could have dwindled EE's little population much further.

Was this really a good move?

Nevermind, I think they may have lowered the rage by reducing it to 1$

The price isn't the issue. If you can't pay $3, you cant pay $1. No card, no chat.

That's about 80% of the EE population right now.   I don't think it was a good move.   The guardians are supposed to help filter chat, so I don't know why chat would be a problem right now.

For me, talking to the "super-nubs" was kinda fun.   You could ask if you could help make levels, tell them if their minis are annoying, and overall just help guide them into being "better" players.

Well not for me. Noobs would come to my worlds and terrorize them. It was getting old.

Now reidolol can't yell pointless insults in my ear. 10/10 would update again.

The only thing wrong with pay2chat is that it isn't as cheap as it used to be.

MrShoe announced it will be back, also, stop being pessimistic.

He never said it would be back. He just said it was an option, although it would bring whining 5-year-olds and trolls to EE and therefore it wouldn't be a very good option. For now he just made chat cheaper. With 10 gems as a bonus for purchasing! Neat!

Why can't guardians just disable their chats? Also, email verification would work, because it works only for a account.

I find it funny how everyone complained when chat was for everyone and now it's gone, people complain. Oh, actually that's not funny. Don't worry, Shoe is a professional idiot and knows exactly what he's doing, sure, he could come up with a bunch of more efficient and probable ideas that would work much better but come on, he was born to be complained about. If I were to add my thoughts on this I'd just be repeating what other people have already said.

Actually for those of us with cards, I feel a lot more comfortable only paying $1.
