Bartok Viola Concerto by (me)

So a while back I won a concerto competition, and yesterday I got to play with this orchestra. I played Bartoks only viola concerto. This isn't all of it, my moms phone died before she could finish recording.

The orchestra is off in some parts, because its an incredibly challenging piece for everyone involved. Its not really "classical", either. It was written in the 1940s, and is based off of Hungarian folk music.

Wow, congratulations! I play piano, and I know how hard it is to play together with other instruments, let alone with a symphony orchestra, so you should be very good

Yeah it was definitely the most terrifying thing i've ever done, and that includes cliff jumping lol. And I have to do it again in a few weeks for another contest I did.

Awesome .   I play violin and have played in a few orchestras myself. Definitely a fun experience.
