So there is this user named "PEDROOOOOOOGMAILCOM", and I saw he was a cheater, so I kicked him out and it said "unknow user PEDROOOOOOOGMAILCOM"

that's exactly what I've done. And it just said "*system: user not found!"
I quad checked it to make sure it's the same user, and it is. Hacker, all I can say.
