Name says it all. About 90% of the time when I try to log on, it will just stay at the little intro screen (with Benjaminsen saying welcome) and snow. Same thing for the downloaded app, and the facebook version. And if it does let me go to the room selection screen, it will almost always go back to the snowing intro screen when I try to choose a room.
Can anybody tell me what's going on? This started about 2 days ago and has been acting up ever since. Have I been banned from EE? If so, why wasn't I told?

Although, I recently retrieved almost 40gb of storage back after deleting two unused accounts on my comp... maybe that will work.
