Mega Lag?

I've never had lag before.... OK, I've had tons of lag. But not on EE. I used to always draw 1 continuous line and the blocks would appear immediately. Now it takes a while for the blocks to appear and the line is more like   ...                 .....              .                 .....
than .....................................................
Anyone else having this problem? If you need to know any info about my connection:

Speed - 100.0mbps
Ping to Denmark - 681 ms. That's almost a whole second's delay, but I've never had that before.
Jitter - 73ms (All over the place)
Packet loss - 2%, but on EE I've lost a lot more than that.
