No postman smiley?

Recently I've subscribed to EE news, and the postman smiley has appeared in my energy shop. Though a few days later it just dissapeers, een though i havn't unlocked it or anything.

Help please?

Bimps,he found postman smiley in newlester and going to shop,it was here,then not..

Hi people! I created a post releated to this problem too.

But i found a way to get it back, though, it is a kind of relative way because i used the first e-mail they sent to me to get the postman smiley back.

I did something like: Acessed the link they sent to me the first time I sign up my email. Then i was on the page of the postman smiley, and after it i put some points on it, and that is all, it returned back to the energy shop with 40 points.

But without the e-mail i don't know how.
I used the link of the email, this one:

"Hi Alcades

Thanks so much for joining our list, your subscription was a success.

Click here to unlock the postman smiley! http://everybodyedits.com/newsletter01/

Also, we'll be including a removal link in every email we send you, so you can leave our list any time that suits you."

So, i hope it helps you like did to me.
