Non-Chatters System Announcements BUG!

Hello,
Long time ago I saw this bug but I see that nobody report about it or nobody do something with it, so I decided to report it myself. I am not an Non-Chatter account but all my friends are and it's annoying them.

Anyway, because the all new changes of the "Quick Chat" and everything, in the start, the all Quick Chat commands was showed in the chat, but after you guys canceled it and justifiably: spam issue. But, the all system announcements are stayed: Magic coin, Kick...

The problem is that after you play a while in a world, all this system announcements stay and goes up the names of the players in the room. It's looks like Non-Chatter has chat option but without background, in the picture above you can see the "thin" line on the "Scroll" that show where the chat option start but with out any background under it.

This bug is really annoying,
Please fix it!

Actually, I'm non-chat, and it's the same as chat's except I can't see the conversations. It's guests that have this problem.

Mabye... still, it is existent and it is annoying.
