postman without subscriptoin problem

so i use a frends account somtimes,he is not sighned up for newsletter,BUT HE CAN GET THE POSTMAN,i am sighned up,and i had my account in another window,but my freind hasent sighned up and has the postman in the store,not that he playes much
freinds ee account name:jenson
plz look into this,i want him to have it but it is a bug,he has not obtained smiley yet
