2 bugs

1 - i click "Share Room" and it gives me a URL. i refresh the page and it says i created no room. i type in the URL and the room isn't there.

2 - there is no link to these forums on everybodyedits.com ( i found them after a LOT of googling )
i just created a level. i clicked "Share Level"
the level link is: http://everybodyedits.com/games/u5-My-Test-Room
the edit code is 1234

but, like i said, the link doesn't work and it says i have no worlds made.

It isn't a bug.
If you are the only one in the room, once you leave the level the world closes.
Only saved levels will not be closed.

You have to buy saved worlds from the energy shop, and then you go on the my world tab, create something in them, and click the modify level, and then press save level.

1 is not a bug. If you don't want it to be closed, get a saved level. The save button is not there in unsaved levels.

2 is not a bug.
