When using the mini shop scroll bar, if you move your mouse over a pack, while still scrolling, that pack will highlight, but stay on-screen even after you scroll past it's original position. When you move your mouse away, however, it snaps back in place. Just thought this should be mentioned.
Yeah, I'm having that problem too. I don't think that it is too large of an issue for a need immediate fix so we all have to bear though it since it doesn't completely disrupt gameplay (you can get it to shrink back down...).

I noticed this too but it doesn't have any side effects and it's not incredibly annoying either but it's still there probably nothing to worry about.
