just add the color tag and you've got yourself a separator. I'll get you the exact color code later at home.

I don't think this is necessary, especially when you can just use underscores, dashes, or etc.

For the forums, it would be pretty useless, but it might be handy in EE.
Sort of how IRC works, if you minimize it, there'll be a seperator line where you stopped reading so you can easily see what you missed.
