Can somebody help me with my forum!?

Yeah, I'm making a lot of topic 'cause I can't change my forum's header!
I wanna remove the "space" image, and add this edited image:

And this is the code that I got in Custom CSS:

I'm honestly at a loss.... Uhh, you may need to totally create your own theme with that as the header.
