Anyone else getting this message when they try to edit a post/topic?

Its not happening to me.
edit: oh wait it is. Ruri, here. After you edit the post and click submit it happens. Hit back and retry until it works. It only took me two tries.

I tried it with I.E., Opera, and Google Chrome.

It's not ALL the time, just every now-and-again. If it was EVERY TIME I'd be making a bigger deal out if it..

I noticed it always happens when I add a quote. There wasn't anything wrong with the BBCoding, though.

I'm keeping a lookout for the error and am still attempting to duplicate it.   It'd help if everyone could file a report of this error, what post it was, and what the content of the edit was.

Update: When I attempt to change Advance's name to 'Advanced', I get a 400 Bad Request.

Update 2: If I attempt to use the accented e in Advance's name, I get a 400 Bad Request on the edit.

Update 3: This error occurs when you attempt to edit a post with a letter with a diacritic on it.   It also happens if you attempt to submit a post, not just edits.

I have tested and confirmed that the bad request error is served on all browsers I tested (Chrome, FF, Opera, IE).   This is a forum error.
