What do you mean? Do you mean uploading?
Assuming you do, you go to a website such as http://imgur.com or http://tinypic.com and you upload the selected image, copy the url and then paste it in your signature. This was perhaps not a good explanation, my apologies.

I Binged upload a picture and tinypic was the first result, so I just use that. Just browse for the pic then enter the code shown.
