A bunch of small suggestions

Everyday I stumble across a very minor problem, and I feel like I need to suggest it, but making a whole topic about it is too much. So, whenever I think of a small suggestion, I'll post it here. You can as well. If I agree I'll add it. Small things only.

Header:
> Remove the black bar at the top.
       > Add a "Profile" button, which will be a drop-down menu containing "Messages" and "Log Out".
       > Also, make the "Forum" option a drop-down menu as well. It will contain "Rules", "Search" and "FAQ" along with all the sections.
       > New gray buttons: Forum, Play, Play Beta, Blog, Wiki, Profile

Posts:
> New smiley's:
> "Disable smiley's" option in the quick reply.
> Posts in Forum Games should not count as actual posts.
> Be able to edit your PM's.

Profile:
> A place to describe yourself. Perhaps something like Kongregate's profile page, without the badges and game stuff.

Why didn't you just post this in "Rurigok's List" or in "Alex's Smiley Suggestions?" The problem is that no one notices stickies much.

Edit: Unless your talking about the forum smileys...
