There was a problem mods...
Sometimes, because of the proxy errors/422 errors(I may not be right about the number being "422"), And if you can't post, It will make you quadrouple post (which happened to me). If you have seen someone recently double-___ post, it might be because of the errors. I am just claiming this, so mods dont ban people directly.

Well I'm sure that if a mod were to see that somebody double posted the same thing in quick succession, then he would be able to figure it out.

Everything's back to normal now. If you accidentally double-posted (or quadruple posted) during the temporary outage, it will be obvious (because of the timestamps on the posts), and no warnings will be issued.
