Alright, two idea actually.
The moderators cannot be seen online or offline at all times.
Or we make little secret mods (basically they are a mod but nobody knows who they are or when the snipe a post it says like by a secret mod) that can just snipe posts, delete posts, and ban people.
Not very deep but meh.
I player could easily tell if a moderator is active by looking at their last post, unless they like lurking.
