What are you proving with this image?
'Average posts per hour' shows the average amount of posts in an hour from when the forums launched and until now.
Even if eight people posts 20 posts in an hour, why is that strange? I saw a single person post way more than just 20 posts in a matter of minutes...

It counts everyone, not just 8 people. If it was just the people online then it would be pointless because people often want to know about a whole thing. People who are online is irrelevant.
