What does my avatar look like to you?

Recently, I changed my avatar, but actually, it didn't seem to change on my screen, and I wondered why. I gave up and left it how it was. However the other day I was on someone else's computer and my avatar was the newly changed one, but it still shows the old one on this computer. And also, just now I signed up to another forum and decided to use the same avatar. But I didn't browse and upload, I copied the image url from my avatar on these forums and copied them into the other forum. In the other forum, my avatar looked like the new one. I also opened a new tab and entered the image url, and even then it showed the old avatar.

I'm wondering, does my avatar still look like the Skull with the paintbrush? Or is it different?

It's a brain getting injected with who-knows-what. I've had a similar problem before.
