Can editing the most recent post in a topic bump the topic as if it had been posted in again?

If you're asking does it exist yet; no, it doesn't. I was going to say, if it was to be added then it may be abused. Having said that, deleting the post then re-posting has the same effect. Therefore, "edit bump" would be a nice feature to have.
