I vote no. Most of his posts relate to the topic, and being "annoying" isn't against the rules. I've heard that English isn't his first language, and he said he learns a bit from Google Translate, which isn't the most...accurate translator. Even though most of his posts sound kind of awkward, I still think it would be best if he wasn't banned.

I think most people get annoyed with him, due to his grammar, spelling, and how he lays out his sentences. But, I'm guessing he's a young boy. So, that might explain a bit, and being a young boy, who's first language isn't English must be pretty hard. But, he's doing pretty well, considering. I like him, I think he's nice.
