A question about posting
Is it possible to make a post anywhere in a thread? I want to make a post after by 2nd post for news on my World Chain thread, but I can't. If a mod can do it, please make one for me ( Link )
If it's possible, please tell me and how.

It's not possible. It would require editing the database. I doubt very much that Atilla or Meredith would be willing to do that.
