I see that isn't exist any moderator just admins. All categories are rule by a single moderator. Meredith and Different45 actually do most the part of moderating a category even they doesn't have this function(no offense you really do a good job but you are admins not a moderators).
I propose a change of the system because what's is wrote is not fact(ex. Abuse of reputation system. Reputation system isn't working from along time...). People get desoriented.
You did something grate to this forum admins but the system get older and needs change.

These sentences contradict themselves, since there indeed is a moderator (Tomahawk). While it is true that many former moderators and administrators were removed from their status and replaced with different ones, this is because many of them were inactive from the forums for a dramatically long period of time. This was not the first time it had happened, but it certainly was on a large scale. Although I am unsure if former moderators and administrators would be promoted if they proved to return to activity again, it is hardly of concern right now.

First off, there is no Different45. There is a Different55, however.
While Meredith and Different55 certainly are responsible for a substantial amount of moderating the forums, you certainly cannot exclude Tako and Atilla, who are both important and active in their duties. So unlike what you might think, there are more than two people simply running the show here. Also, administrators are allowed to perform the tasks of moderators, which I could not comprehend as something negative.

This is not true. For a long period of time, the reputation system was certainly abused and was brought to the attention of moderators/administrators by many concerned members. Their decision to ultimately remove the system was not, I would think, done in haste and ill notion. And while the members can hold opinions of their own and inform mods and admins, ultimately it is they who decide what is best.

The system is not old. It has been implemented for a relatively short period of time, and has shown, at the least, decent results. No longer are there flaming rep wars or needless begging for pointless reputation points, and people can actually post their thoughts and opinions without the fear of their point value falling as a result of popular opinion. The moderator and administrators we have now do just fine, and we certainly do not need any more of them at this point (a result of total forum activity decreasing). I can hardly think of one good, meaningful, and possible change that this forum requires right now.
