That's strange

Well for 5 min. I couldnt access EEFORUMIFY.COM. My browser said that it couldn't find the server.
Then I did this steps:
1. I tried to get EEFORUMIFY.COM IP adress.
2. I couldn't access it by IP because IP is assigned to a DNS.
3. Using a proxy   finally I reached EEFORUMIFY.COM
In min. 5 I disabled the proxy. Now I can access the EEFORUMIFY.COM again "normal".
I've been banned or something?

I saw some strange errors yesterday, not being able to access the site. It only stayed up for a few minutes after finding the error, though.
