Never? It's not a glitch or anything that's just what Chris decided. If you could put them on other people's worlds you can pretty much get infinite coin doors.

then everybody with godmode would just set spawn points where they want it.. could be missused.

how about other plays with the code can place them, but the total number is limited to however many the owner has purchased?
