players being able to use chat commands without having chat

want to use chat commands but you dont have chat?

here is MY solution

you can only use chat commands, and you cant see what is said on chat.
if you try to say something, the words dont show up in chat.

basically, this solution will only allow you to use chat commands and see who are the people in your level.

I think people have mentioned that idea before, although I am kinda confused as to what is going on in the picture.
