Hi. I have idea: delete this "modify level" and add commands:
/save to save leve
/code [new_code] to change code
/name [new_lvl_name] to change level name
/clear to clear level
And instead of modify level add level tools:
rectangular selection: you select the fields you can fill in the type of block / background, is also an option to enter the field sizes (1 = 1 grid) and select the all it level
Animated blocks: blocks of "mobility": the need for 2 or 3 layers make up blocks at selected locations, then choose the speed of change in these blocks and save
Dark and Light: choose a location, choose the length of the radius, and whether to clear or black, and we lit or dark place (like a wall of blocks used)
If you have any ideas, it is good. Write.
New idea for commands:
/eraser block - get eraser only for blocks
/eraser action - get eraser only for action's blocks
/eraser decorative - get eraser only for devorative's blocks
/eraser backgroud - get eraser only for backgrounds

Didn't like your vision to "tools", even though I think we must have (another) tools too.
Other than that, the commands you suggested are something to considor!
I think deleting the modify level button would make fans go all crazy on Chris, for I don't even know if even HALF the users of EE read the forum of blog.
