Activity blocks
[I looked through the suggestions and did not find it]
Basically a block, which can be connected with others, and when you move around on it a meter somewhere will start rising slowly up, and if you stop moving for 3 seconds it instantly goes back down. If it goes all the way up, it makes a block appear. Activity blocks can have IDs just like portals, so this can be made into a new type of minigame. What do you guys think?

This sounds a little like the "weight block", but I still like the idea.

Nice idea!
How abput the owner has the option that if you are on a meter block, the meter shows right above you...but only to you!
