Foreground blocks and NO MORE GRASS BLOCKS!!!

Foreground block will be move-throughable, but appears in front odf the smiley, AND I made foreground grass, and you can put it over any block, not just red bricks...
I didn't mean to sound spammy in the title...

Hmm, I fully support this, though there would need to be change again to the physics.   Seems as though it would be worth it because I have thought of this before and I am sure others as well.

I came up with an idea for foreground blocks, that would replace secret passages, but your idea is really cool, too.

I think this idea should be expanded, not only grass blocks.

The decorations are already foreground. The grass being something that goes over any block is a good idea, though.
