The Energy bank would be useless, as you could also put some energy into something you want to buy. If you don't know what to buy/are waiting for an upgrade, then magic coins (i mean the ones which give you +XX max energy) would be useless, as you could just use the bank to save them and your energy would be empty again.
The gems bank... what would you want that for? There's no max gems or anything like that.
