Forum suggestions...

First of all a section on the main page for Forum suggestions.
Also...
A button for owners of a group to pm everyone in the group at one time,
A page for you to edit a smiley or block and pm it to an administrator,
and a way to change the color of your text.

By blocks I mean a webpage   where it actually lets you edit a block to your liking then send it to an administrator.

the only ones that you can't alredy do, like what Different said, are the graphics one and the group PM one. And colored text is awesome.

Sorry, that won't happen. Administrators would be spammed with horrible blocks. This is why we have graphics suggestions. If you want it to have any possibility at all of being seen, put it there.

EDIT: The graphics suggestions forum was made for that purpose. Making this web page would defeat the purpose of the forum.
